I changed fields quite a bit, but I was able to either apply or develop the basics I had learned. In addition, at the beginning of my research, I worked with carbon nanoparticles, which I had become familiar with in detail during my time at TUL, allowing me to apply or build upon the foundational knowledge I had gained.
