CCD optical emission spectrometer TASMAN

Advanced spark optical emission spectrometer Tasman Q4 with digital Bit-Stream plasma generator and dual CCD optical system. It was designed for routine analysis of foundries, laboratories and quality control operations.

Optical system

Dual CCD Detectors are new types of uncoated CCD detectors with smaller pixels.

Focal distance

500 mm / Paschen Runge Wavelength range 130 nm to 620 nm. This wavelength range allows and supports determination of N in the Fe matrix from 25 ppm and P in the Al matrix from 10 ppm.
